The KAY-2300 makes it possible to stand and fish from a canoe with ease. The quick-assemble system bolts or clamps to the center thwart without tools in a matter of seconds. The entire system fits into an optional carry-bag and can be placed in the back seat of most cars.

A unique pivoting mechanism for the outrigger pontoon (ama) enables a single pole (aka) to be used and permits the pontoon to ride up and down over waves resulting in smooth performance in all paddling conditions. The Pontoons are roto-molded polyethylene for incredible durability. The mounting brackets are adjustable to maintain a level canoe regardless of gunwale height or loading considerations.
